Women for Women. Together stronger.
“Women for Women. Together stronger” project was born out of our wish to share from our abundance and.joy with those who are less fortunate among us, out of the belief that together we can sow a smile and we can bring comfort there where life was harsh and left deep wounds.
Each of us has at least one purse lying arround that we don’t really need anymore. A purse that is somewhere forgotten about. Now close your eyes and imagine that there our women out there…and not a few, who maybe don’t have any and never had one.
At it’s thirds edition, the project “Women for Women. Together stronger” wants to bring a smile and a warm hug to those women whose lives have not been given the abundance we enjoy. We want to offer women from disadvantaged backgrounds in Mureș County a package of products for personal use. In this regard, we call on your support to donate the products or to financially support this initiative.
The products we want to offer this fall are:
• A purse
• A thick scarf
• A deodorant
• A shampoo
• A shower gel
• A hand soap
• Two packs of absorbents
• Toothpaste + toothbrush
• A lipstick / lip balm
• A universal cream
Our request is that the purse and scarf be in good condition, and the other products be new. We want the estimated value of the package to be around 100 lei. If you want to get financially involved, you can make a donation to the account of the JCI Active Citizens Mureş Association, opened at Banca Transilvania Tg-Mureş, IBAN RO75BTRLRONCRT0347539801 (with the mention “Project Strong Together”), and we will take care of purchasing the products.
We will have more product collection points thanks to the goodwill of our partners. We will let you know soon where you can leave the prepared packages. The products will be delivered during October with the help of our partner Casa Dragostei și a Milei. The campaign period is between September 20 – October 15, 2021.
